The service

AFFGAM connects candidates and employers in iGaming, betting, affiliate and adjacent industries. We provide publishing and hiring workflow tools; we are not a party to an employment agreement and do not guarantee an interview, hire or candidate result.

Employers provide their own listings and communications. AFFGAM may perform verification and moderation checks, but does not guarantee the identity, authority, solvency or statements of every user or the accuracy, legality or continued availability of every vacancy.

Employer responsibilities

Employers must be authorised to represent the named company and must publish genuine, current and lawful vacancies. Listings must accurately describe the role, location, compensation information where supplied, and the organisation hiring. Discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent or promotional listings may be removed.

Employers must not post non-existent roles, collect applicant data without a genuine open position, charge candidates to apply, request money or financial transfers, impersonate another organisation, or use a vacancy primarily to advertise an affiliate programme, course or unrelated service. By publishing, the person posting confirms that they are authorised to represent the company and that the role is genuine and current.

Candidate responsibilities

Candidates must provide information they are entitled to share and must not upload malicious files or unnecessarily sensitive personal information. Application information is shared with the employer responsible for that vacancy.

Candidates should independently verify employers and unusual requests. Never pay to apply or share passwords, one-time codes or banking details. Guidance and a reporting route are available on our job-safety page.

Beta posting and future paid services

Job posting is currently free during beta. No card is required. If paid posting or promotion is introduced, the price, duration and refund conditions will be shown before an employer purchases it.

Content and moderation

You keep ownership of content you submit and give AFFGAM permission to host and display it for operating the service. We may pause or remove content and accounts that threaten users, security, legal compliance or the integrity of the marketplace.

We may ask for evidence of authority or company identity, investigate a report, limit distribution, preserve relevant records, suspend an account, or remove a listing without prior notice where reasonably necessary. A listing can be reported to [email protected].

Availability and liability

We work to keep AFFGAM accurate and available, but the service may change or occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AFFGAM is not responsible for recruitment decisions, employer conduct, candidate conduct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.

Users are responsible for their own checks, hiring decisions, communications and off-platform arrangements. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
